ICM Homes, LLC is a residential construction company in Minnesota, with the primary purpose of building new single-family homes. Our goal is to combine unique designs, with an enhanced level of quality finishes while maintaining an affordable price. We also provide basement finishing in existing homes, and will also build an occasional detached garage.

The company was established in February, 2020. The owner and operator, Aaron Hagen, has a long history and a deep passion in the construction industry. Carrying on the legacy of past generations of a family of carpenters, Aaron has devoted most of his career life to residential construction. Having built several of his own homes from the ground-up, and ten years in the flooring industry, Aaron had moved on to find years of success as a construction manager for large home builders. As a construction manager he had managed as many as sixty home projects per year. When the company he was working for decided to sell to a national builder, Aaron decided to use his experience to start his own company. He still uses many of the construction trade relationships he has had for many years.

ICM Homes is named after the first initial of each of his three children. With the help and support of his wife and kids, it is a company that the whole family can rely on and be proud of. Through 2024, Aaron remains the sole owner, operator and manager of the company. This personal attention to detail, ensures the highest level of quality for every project.
